A fiery dish to try is the Pla Khao Lard Plik, charcoal-grilled garoupa (grouper) topped with chili. The Phad Thai is fried rice noodles with prawn and chicken in a tamarind, chili, and peanut sauce. Thai green curry gravy combines lemongrass, lemon leaf, garlic, and green chili in a base of coconut and is served over your choice of chicken, pork, or beef. It's nice and spicy, but the cook will adjust the spice to taste upon request.
